This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and were later released.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
